There is no way to contact anyone in charge of the local delivery to seek any kind of clarification or arrangement. Despite me telling Ede and Ravenscroft very clearly that there is no way for us full-time working adults to sit at home aimlessly in the dark, all day, everyday just to wait for a parcel, they blew me off, offered no solutions and insisted on going ahead with the delivery they very well could have considered using a different delivery service or provided any other type of provision. The tracking system of the delivery service used by Ede and Ravenscroft is appalling. The parcel was in fact supposed to be delivered to my previously stated address 4 days ago--they claim it is invalid but I have double-checked over and over and it is the correct, full address that none of my deliveries have ever had an issue with.

Everybody within the organisation has responsibility for ensuring the principles of the ERP are incorporated in their everyday activities.
Management Environmental management continues to be a corporate priority, fully integrated into our business. We believe that good environmental performance is a key indicator in demonstrating effective corporate management.
We recognise the threat posed by climate change and are seeking to reduce our carbon footprint accordingly. We also inform our suppliers and contractors about our environmental policy and waste disposal practices and cite their responsibilities. Objectives Our objective is to search for ways to improve material and energy efficiency and to reduce the environmental impact of our products and systems.
